This qualification provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to advance their career within children’s services and work towards leading a team. Throughout the course you will learn how to plan, implement and manage quality education programs, facilitate compliance, lead and develop others as well as produce workplace policies and procedures.
It is a requirement under the Education and Care Services National Regulations that 50% of the Educators working with children hold their Diploma of Early Childhood and Care.
